Spiral Flange forming machine
A Spiral Flanging Machine is a specialized piece of industrial equipment designed for the flanging process of spiral ducts in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry, as well as in ductwork manufacturing for construction, ventilation, and exhaust systems. Its core function is to shape the edges of pre-formed spiral ducts into standardized, reinforced flanges—facilitating secure connection, sealing, and installation of the ducts in subsequent projects.
It processes the open end of a spiral duct (usually made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, etc.) by rolling, bending, or pressing to form a circular or rectangular flange. This flange strengthens the duct’s edge (preventing deformation) and provides uniform connection points for bolts, clips, or gaskets.
